Currency

All payments for Puja Services must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

Payment Responsibility

Sanatan Astro Private Limited (Pujari Ji) is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by:

• Lack of authorization for any transaction
• Exceeding the pre-determined limit agreed upon between you and your bank
• Any payment-related issues arising from the transaction
• Rejection of the transaction for any other reason

Security

• Do not share card details, login details, or any personal information with employees, officials, or any third parties
• Card information provided on the website/app is secure

General Refunds

• No refunds once a session is booked and/or completed
• Refunds for cancellations made 2 days or more before the Pooja event
• No refunds for cancellations made within 2 days or 48 hours of the event or on the day of the event during the muhurth time due to reasons from the devotee's side

Request Process

• Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to info@pujariji.com
• Acknowledgment of cancellation will be sent within 2 working days
• Fees refunded within 12 working days, subject to the Refund Policy

Sanatan Astro Private Limited-Related Cancellations

• If unable to attend the session due to reasons related to Sanatan Astro Private Limited, request a refund by contacting info@pujariji.com or customer care at +91 92773 08055
• Refund requests honored at Sanatan Astro Private Limited's discretion and only in exceptional cases

Temple-Related Cancellations

• No refunds if a puja service is canceled by the temple or religious institution
• If the service is rescheduled, you will be notified, and the service can be performed on the new date and time
